Don't worry about me. They've had the roadblocks for 10 years and I've been diving up there since the early 70's. Before that I spent years diving the San Mateo Coast between Santa Cruz and Halfmoon Bay. It's just like the North Coast, except you don't
have any good visibility days and there were more big abs.
Plan for Sea Ranch then. Scuba and free diving for abs. It's diving of the finest kind.
