You can use any HTML code (including (<)EMBED(>) elements) that does not contain a script in a post. Please note that all carriage return characters are converted to (<)BR(>) elements.
If you cut and pasted HTML code from a HTML editor such as Dreamweaver ot Front Page you should remove all of the line breaks in a text editor.
