Oil Spill at Berth 55 Long Beach

For the second time in the last year Berth 55 in Long beach has been closed by an oil spill. Last time it was due to a malfunction of an oil company pipeline. There is no information on the source of this the spill yet.

Because of the spill the docks are a hazardous waste site and are closed. Thus all charters on the fishing boats and dive boats at Long Beach Sport Fishing including the Sea Ray, the Bottom Scratcher , and the Great Escape will not be able to run this weekend.
