Actually, I would think a scooter would be pretty cool for it
free diving up there. If I had one, I wouldn't think twice
about going to outer rocks to do my free diving. I always want
to go explore the outer rocks, but rarely is it really safe
enough and I am no where near as strong a swimmer as I was.
I'd actually really like to try that, but I think it would take a lot of the sport from diving for abs.

Though I couldn't see using it to take abs myself, you could free dive completely relaxed. I bet I could hold my breath

a long time if I didn't swim. The possibilities for exploration would be way too cool. Shoot between rock walls.
