I must confess I REALLY like a big ol' squid steak. I think its as good as abalone if you pound it out, dip it in an egg whip, lightly flour it and pan fry it in butter with some lemon.

Haven't tried ot BBQ it, but now that I'm thinking about it, why not? Maybe a light chipotle or oraneg based sauce?
