Thanks Jimmy, behind the scenes we're also working on a fill station, cartage, and Bob Kennedy has given me the confidence to go for a ramp/rail @ the point and cove for entry and exits, it works for Avalon. Long Point could and should be the destination they imagine. Maybe even Open Water class's?.....with 4 restaurants and 8 ars what could be better? ;-)
