Open Boats always seem to smack of desperation... I've found that boats that don't have the quality to have shops and groups taking all available charters are the same boats to steer clear of...
Note, I consider Sport Chalet charters an open boat as well... no quality assurance going on there.

My two cents... ignore it at will
