I may have experienced it once on a dive vacation. I was recovering from a cold and probably should have waited a little longer before diving. But....it was a dive vacation.

I found that I had to change depths very slowly or I would get dizzy. If I got dizzy, I had to return to whatever depth I had just come from and it would get better. I think it took me about 30 minutes to go from 60 feet to the surface.

Sorry to hear that you are ailing. If it is not due to a cold or seasonal allergies - have you seen a DR?
