yah freekin sucks. I dive solo from time to time. and think I still can once I learn to manage it. this also accrued while free diving. which is more of a concern of mine. but I always freedive with a buddy. I seem to be able to vent if I take my time. also I think once I get to using these passages they will or could clear. with a good diet. and some clearing and venting exercises. I just spent a few months out of the water and now im active again.

also I have noticed. that sometimes while clearing Ill get a long high pitch whistling or wheezing sound in my head. I think I'm over pressurizing no pain. a cavity in my inner ear. and this air gets trapped and stays. so I think the pro plugs and not over pressuring is the key. and some alieve. the times I experienced the wheezing is when Ill get my really bad vertigo and vomiting
