the first time I was hugging the bottom of gerstle cove up north. from about 60' I really wasn't paying attn to much. I had dun this before several times. and I usually hang out at 15-20 for a while. but this time I was spinning at 15. by the time I hit the beach. I couldn't stand up to get out of the water. I crawled in solo. and the other was while free diving. at about 35' I over pressurized (no pain) just wheezing in my head while clearing. I did the same thing while tank diving at gerstle, and came up quick. 1 minute later I was spinning and puking. this was by far the worst.
