Mohawk Reef provides some great diving and is really close to the harbor (its an easy beach dive so you really don't need a boat). It parallels the coast line from about Arroyo Burro to beyond the harbor (haven't dove that part). The reef ranges from 3 to about 6 feet high with interesting ledges and crannies to explore.
