A flat ocean, 12 second plus swell intervals, and no plankton bloom made the conditions at Leo fantastic! Vis was a good 15 feet plus. Kelp beds are still healthy, but the water is warming up. Great day for skin or scuba (I chose skin). Get there early and beat the beach crowds. Why are you reading this post? Get in the water!
