Cabo is not really a dive destination, it's more about drinking and fishing than diving, but there is some there and it
can be a fun town.
There is a report at Diving Cabo on my site.
I haven't been there in a while, but others have said that the Amigos Del Mar are still the best dive outfit, as they were when I was there.
