It's more of a joke than an actual monument. Jeff Highley began placing cinder blocks at the edge of the canyon. Others followed suit, but then some divers began placing any junk they could find, from plastic toys, CDs, sunglasses and even a kitchen sink. It's mostly a demolished trash pile now.
