When i was gigging on a cruise ship, we used to get a 2 tank dive with Underwater Diversions for a substantial discount so long as we called / emailed ahead of time. They have top notch DM's and service as well. Highly recommend.


I have to say, I felt dirty being on a ship in cabo. I knew we were contributing to teh demise of a beautiful spot as soon as the engorged, enlarged tourists piled into the boats to go shopping and grazing in what was a beautiful sleepy beach town.

Cabo 10 years ago was Acapulco in the 40s. Now it is on the same road to over-development and to becoming a generic resort.

I much prefer Zihuatenejo for general travel, but the diving is not very good.
