I have never seen less current than yesterday. We dove a couple of sites that I've never been to due to the lack of current and surge. First dive was Rat Rock on the West end where we saw a specimin of about every sea star and nudibranch in 40 foot vis water. Moved on to play with the Sea Lions at the rookery. Enjoyed the Spectre's famous BBQ lunch of tri-tip and chicken, then dove garbage cave - another site only diveable in ideal conditions. The name comes from the use of part of this cavern to dump material from the lighthouse. Its in the preserve and we saw many huge male sheephead in the healthy kelp forest outside the cavern area. Last dive was at garden spot where vis was a spectacular 40 plus feet with almost still waters. If you're out today you should have similar conditions.
