Posted by Andy Holman on May 27, 2008 at 18:19:36: The Plankton bloom has hit Anacapa, and off the beach in Malibu with Green water and streaks of red. Anacapa was green with 15ft vis yesterday. Is Catalina still blue? Let me know when it clears up? Regards....
