So what's the deal with Sport Chalet (I've read a couple negative comments directed toward them on the site)? Is it just poor management or do they not adequately train and prepare the open water divers?

By the way, thanks for the recommendation of Hollywoodivers. I'll go ahead and pass on the recommendation to my friends. Incidentally, where is Hollywoodivers located?
