I'm just wondering if you socalers have the same ideas or concernes as we do in Norcal, gas prices.
I've found myself adding up what it costs me to drive out to the coast and do a day of diving now, where in the past I never gave it a second thought.
For me to get to any diving is at least an hour and a half drive west through the countryside and up coast highway 1 to get to any descent spots. There is usually a park entrance fee of $6.00 for any state park and if I take my boat I use even more gas and if I go to Point Arena there is a $20 hoist fee.
I find my self watching the conditions very closely and going only when I know it's going to be worth it.

Do any of you feel the same way?

Are these darn gas prices worrying anybody else or am I alone.
