I am lucky to live within 40 miles of Laguna Beach, PV, and Redondo. Takes less than an hour to hit each site. The thing I worry about is the boat diving area. It is getting difficult to afford the prices offered now. It is still a pretty good bargain to hit the pristine sites of the outer islands, and even if the price has gone up greatly, 150-190 dollars is still a good price for 4 dives at an outer island. Hang in there Capt. Tim, we will hope for better times
