The stretch of coast between Victoria Beach and Moss Pt. in Laguna is relatively untouched. There is a few hundred yards of rocky coast with shallow reefs and crevaces. There are also several nice sized scattered reefs in deeper water. I have freedived and SCUBA dived most of this area over the years. You will find everything here from gamefish, to healthy schools of reef fish, and photogenic Lobster. On a recent night dive in this area one of my buddies spotted a 200lb Black Sea Bass
