FITZ - weight pouch at Underwater Island Anacapa

I went diving aboard the Spectre today and found a weight pouch with the name FITZ (permanent marker pen).
The crew on the Spectre have it.
It was cold by the way, very cold in the water.
Cloudy mostly, and a little windy.
Visibility not great.
