Interesting question and since my grandkids will be freediving I thought I'd check it out.

Page 3 of the DFG regs; no license needed, but the report card is (so just teh cost of teh report card). Daily and annual limits, size, location and other regs would apply.

Have a great time with teh kids - hope they limit out!
