Brent, I dove with both Jack's Diving Locker and Wanna Dive Kona in April. Both were well run operations. If you're looking for a smaller boat, I highly recommend Steve who owns Wanna Dive.

There are a number of other good operations, as well. I know folks who've had positive experiences with Big Island divers and Kona Honu divers as well.
