The Resort doesn't seem to have affected marine conditions yet. Entries and Exits will remain challenging for all. Resort officials plan to shuttle folks to Ab Cove for swimming, Etc. MPA's are on their way and I plan to lobby for more protected areas around the Peninsula including Long Point (OML).

And if people don't get exposed to it (OML and Oceans), how can they fall in love with it and want to protect it? There is nothing that compares to a kid's first time snorkeling in the ocean, I love that!
