It's not a democracy but rather a sole proprietorship, so Chris can make whatever rules he wants. Like Tom, though, I don't begrudge the charter boats trying to fill spots and maintain a semblance of a healthy local industry. The Sundiver, Magician and Bottom Scratcher have all gone over the once-every-30-days limit in the past month -- even so, I'd rather read them than, say, posts trying to draw traffic to other message boards.
