Any tips on diving Leo Carillo, Malaga Cove, White Point or Veteran's Park? Trying some new spots and looked at these. Can you drive down to the water at White Point? Last time I was there it was blocked off. Any descriptions/info. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Brian Xavier
