leo can be really nice in the summer & fall, I park on PCH just past mulholland and enter between lifeguard stations 2 & 3 in the little cove. its a fairly short walk from the car. avoid during SW swell

malaga cove can be quite a hike down/up the hill. great dive when the vis is good, but entry/exit can be very hard over the rocks. avoid during NW swell

vet's park is sand. easy parking and entry/exit. great night dive when the shrimp, rays, octos come out.

white point, you can drive to near the water. sometimes suffers from low vis though. I haven't been there but people think its fairly nice.
