For night shooting
You're gonna need a tripod with 4 second exposure, and ideally remote shutter

Aperture 12 isn't going to let much light in, you're going to be down in the f2.8 range

You can bump the ASA to let more light in, but higher ASA = more noise. I've used 800 when desperate underwater shooting ambient with no strobe in darkish water
