Walt was on the money, and Sunday played out as a repeat of Saturday. 1st dive at 9:30 had poor vis in the channel but opened up in the kelp to spots of 5, 10 and some 15' vis. Our second dive at 10:30 was spectacular. The surf picked up considerably with high tide, but the water blued up nicely with it. In most areas we were seeing 35+ feet as Walt had the day before. This was my third time at White Point and my first time to locate the thermal vents. Not especially warm as I had imagined, but you could definitely feel a temperature difference within the sand. Interesting. We all enjoyed White Point today. Thanks Walt for the helpful info!
