I took these photos of a Lopholithodes mandtii (Puget Sound King Crab) on Monday August 8, 2008 at Saunders Reef, Mendocino County, California. This is the first one of this species I have ever seen.  Lopholithodes mandtii (Puget Sound King Crab)
