How in the hell can they file this as a misdemeanor case with 113 undersised bugs OUT OF SEASON?!

I don't know who I'm more disturbed with - the San Diego DA or these nimrod poachers.

A Modest Proposal:

I'll bet that a summary public execution with the proper evidence, (i.e. walking out of the water with bags of lobster OUT OF SEASON), and news coverage, would really cut down on the poaching problem... It'd probably work just as well on the north coast with ab poachers, too.
