Unfortunately, some dive shops lose site of the fact that this is a service business. We are here to service the customer, not the other way around. Times are tough, but not that tough! I still give the better customers free air fills, discounts. The idea is to get them to come back, not drive 'em away. Nickel & diming someone is a surefire way to lose them as a customer.
