I asked the dive department manager a few weeks ago to see if she could push for the store to sell the card. I am happy to report I just came from the store a few minutes ago with my Lobster Report Card.

Lets make this part clear. Happy to have the card in my possession with out having to dive all over God's creation to find the darn thing. Not happy about the new tax. If they really want to manage this resource just close it to the commercial guys.
