It looks a lot like any number of politicians I can think of, particularly DC. It looks like a serious bottom feeder, which
points to the same thing. I think what we are looking at here
is the unnatural spawn, of which there are many, of a politician
and something they met while blind drunk on a dark and foamy
night.
