Laguna PD enforcing lobster regulations

I was glad to find a couple of Laguna Beach PD officers after my dive Tuesday night. It appears they are going to start helping DFG to enforce the lobster regulations. Certainly a welcomed help to very stretched out personnel.

I encourage everybody to help them as they transition into this additional role. It didn't look like they were completely up on all the regulations as they did not ask about my report card.
