Was out sat 12am when i got out i got checked out by the lifeguards as well they were up to date they asked for license and report card, how my dive was etc. And very courteous i did not have a problem with them surprised yes.

But for the price i pay for a fishing license, salt water stamp, lobster card i'd rather see dfg staffing more wardens then relying on local pd and lg.Mainly if comes down to a regulation they dont know about. And opening day/night was a dfg free fishing day meaning a license was not required til 12am sunday which if un informed can be a 700 dollar ticket for someone.BUT license or not a report card is required even if a license free day
