Congratulations to the divers who just graduated from the Los Angles Advanced Diver Program! The following divers were honored at ceremonies at the Los Angeles Athletic Club last night: Roy Park, Kent Chastain, David Tsao, Dennis Barbor, Lawana Ballner, Cecile Williams, Cindy and Ben Rhode, Justin Quick, David Stanfill, Robert Ngo, Ying Song, Veronica Raef, and Neil Baleva.

Outstanding Academic award was won by Ben Rhode
Outstanding Watermanship award was won by Kent Chastain
Outstanding Graduate and recipient of the UICC scholarship was won by Justin Quick

This year’s training included over 150 hours of lectures, pool training, and ocean work plus a weekend diving fresh water, altitude, and low vis at Castaic Lake.

Divers received the coveted LA County ADP certification, NAUI Master Diver, NAUI Rescue Diver, NAUI Nitrox, and several DAN certifications (several divers qualified for DES Quest as well!)

It was a lot of hard work and all are congratulated on their outstanding achievements!

The next LA County ADP program starts in July, 2009.
