The waterfall is controlled release for the farmers in the central valley. It is located as the crow flies about 10 miles from the exact center of California. This road is restricted for public safety concerns.

It is located about 5 miles downstream of this seasonal waterfall. I scuba dive in some strange places. Note the kayaks at the bottom of the photo.
