Been planning a night dive tonight all week since the tides looked good and so did the swell model. Alas, I didn't account nearly enough for what the wind today and yesterday would do... we pulled into the parking lot, took one look at conditions, and didn't even need to discuss it. Went to dinner instead.

Super windy, and two or three breakers at a time crashing in a row (not particularly small breakers, either). Good conditions for diver bowling; not for much else.
