Bob Lowe actually looked at a "new" pier idea early on, estimates were about 2.5 Mil+... But if we buy enough refreshments @ debriefings? Maybe??

...I think the idea about the new breakwater from the point S/E toward the cove is interesting.... jus' Kidding!!! NO plans!
