Our group dived Cress St in Laguna Wed night. Conditions were very nice, 25' vis, 60 degree water, but with the Full moon and clear water, bug hunting was tough. We only got 4 legals between us, and the other 4 divers we saw did not do much better. We were checked by DFG at our truck, no problem because we abide by the laws, but oops, we forgot to fill the bug card in advance. The wardens gave us a warning, and said they will give citations for not filling the card in advance, but let us off with a warning. Just a warning guys, fill the location and gear code before hitting the water.
