fish ID without photo

i was tidepooling at portugese and i found a goby or blenny that was about four inches long, bubblegum pink with no eyes.
if anyone has seen one of these or knows of a link to a picture, please post it. i've googled for it and could find nothing resembling what i found. thanks.
