Hi all. I finished the opening of bug season with 8 total days of diving Cortes and the Outer Islands. Made Cortes on two separate trips this month- can't believe we made it both times, although weather forced us off after one day of diving in each case. Best diving was actually at Nick - gorgeous early morning dive with 60 feet of viz in 50 - 70 fsw. One of those memories I'll not soon forget... I have to take a break and reaquaint myself with my very understanding wife.

I'm looking for a new/used computer. My primary gave up the ghost on this trip - fortunately, I carry a backup so all went well.

I'm not big on the needing lastest whiz-bang, I prefer a good value that meets my needs. I'd like to keep the budget in the $300 range, but...

Any recommendations? Anyone know of a site that does a good job of comparisons without the marketing & sales hype?
