Our group hooked up with a small boat and headed out of Redondo to PV for a night dive. We dropped in at Flat rock, there was about 5 other boats hooping, so we stayed clear of them. Conditions were great, glassy water, low swell, 62 degree water, and up to 35' vis. We got some nice bugs, but my buddy John spotted a 25lb Halibut, and got a 6lb flat fish to swim into his bug bag, very nice manuever, now we get fresh Halibut to go along with the bugs, stay wet.
