That's the point, they're 'Ninja' now :~) I was contacted by DFG recently about some activities "off shore", I had no idea they were watching us, and also monitoring online? Smart policing! They even wanted to know about the surface marker I put @ the "Newbern", that was 2 months ago. They are also responsible to patrol and protect the commercial fishers.
