I always take mine directly to a fire equipment supply place that also services fire extiguishers and does hydros. I get a shot blast in steel tank (spotless) for $20 plus the diver special, (Hydro/VIP w/sticker and a fill) for $30
which is $50 total, but once I got the right guy and he gave me a deal at $40 for both.
