I use mares quattros, i shoot video and stills. I like the stiffer blades as they allow me to better control myself shooting. They are just slightly negative in size large. As a former DM i also really like the fact that I can accellerate like a bat out of hell if I have to get somewhere fast.

I tried a pair of apollo split fins, didn't like the fact that I didn't feel like I had any control of my position.

I almost always frog kick.
