I only dive with JetFins - they are great for beach diving and provide the power when needed (but they do take a stronger leg kick). Nearly indestructable and a great price.

To be honest, I can get the same speed out of splits in a pool, but for open water I've found that my Jets deliver power sprints whan I need it.
