The last time I had my VX10 serviced (18 mos ago), the LDS sent it out and 5 weeks later when I got it back, they wanted $148 for parts and labor. It hasn't been serviced since. They're great regulators, one of my all-time favorites, but that's a bit much for an "annual" service . . .

Terry, would you mind telling me what Reg Tech is charging? Thanks.
